BIG Beit Shemesh

BIG Beit Shemesh is an open-air shopping center based on the “power center” concept commonly found in the U.S. and Europe. The Center spans 9,000 sq. m of commercial areas on 18 dunams.

The center is owned in partnership with Ampa Real Estate Ltd. and fully managed by the BIG Group.

The Center includes about 20 stores with a varied mix of fashion, housewares and food.

BIG Beit Shemesh is located at the main entrance to the city, in the city’s northern industrial zone, adjacent to the train station and near the city’s largest and central mall, BIG FASHION Beit Shemesh that is also owned by the Group. 

A 4,000 sq. m office building owned by the Group is also located on the Center site. Tenants include high-tech companies, law offices and a health fund clinic.
