BIG FASHION Ashdod is located near the main entrance to Ashdod, near the train station and the central bus station.
BIG FASHION Ashdod's strategic location will make the center a distinct commercial attraction for a target audience of up to one million potential customers in a 30-40 km radius, including the 235,000 residents of Ashdod, Israel's fifth largest city.
Total immediate target audience – some 250,000.
Design and style
BIG FASHION Ashdod is an open-air Lifestyle Center, the second of its kind in Israel, combining open sidewalks with brand-name stores, along with entertainment areas, creating an international shopping experience. The center will combine modern urban features with styles taken from leading fashion centers around the world, along with maximum convenience and free parking.
Unique design
The construction of BIG FASHION Ashdod has already begun, on a 61,232 square meter area; the center will contain 18,000 square meters of retail space on the ground floor, with additional commercial areas on the second floor. According to the plan, the center will contain 115 stores, coffee shops and restaurants, most of which are intended for major brands. Visitors will be provided with 1,000 free parking spaces; there will also be parking for suppliers at the back of the building for easy access and unloading.
